By accessing or using AIforMusic.org (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
AIforMusic.org is a self-hosted educational and community portal that offers:
A searchable directory of AI tools for music creation and production.
Bite-sized tutorials, quizzes, and downloadable learning materials.
Discussion forums, peer-review threads, and live-clinic scheduling.
Aggregated, anonymised analytics dashboards.
All features are provided “as is” and are intended for personal, non-commercial educational use unless otherwise stated.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to update your information to keep it current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately at support@aiformusic.org.
You may use the Platform to:
Browse and search tool listings.
Enroll in and complete learning modules.
Post and reply to forum discussions.
Download and print materials for personal learning.
You may not:
Copy, scrape, or redistribute content beyond personal use.
Reverse-engineer or modify the Platform’s code.
Use the Platform to train competing AI services.
Upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
All text, images, audio, and other materials you post (“User Content”) remain your property. By posting, you grant AIforMusic.org a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce your User Content in connection with the Platform. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for any claims arising from it.
All Platform content—excluding User Content—is the property of AIforMusic.org or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended educational purpose.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such sites. Your use of third-party content is at your own risk.
Where the Platform offers paid courses, workshops, or features:
Payment is processed through secure gateways; we do not store your payment credentials.
Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated.
Applicable taxes are your responsibility.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AIforMusic.org DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIforMusic.org SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED GHS 500 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIforMusic.org and its affiliates, officers, and agents against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your User Content.
We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms immediately cease, but provisions regarding indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will survive.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide 14 days’ notice via email or site banner. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Accra, Ghana.
